I've mainly stuck with the Purina Tidy Cats litter line for ages. It tends to clump well and mask most oders (I say most because not all of the time my cats will cover their waste with litter). I don't see much of a difference when I purchase the litter with Glade. My husband does and usually grabs for this one over the other Tidy Cats litter lines.
This is the only litter my cat will use. She's extremely picky. But it's fine by me because the Glade mixed into the litter covers the smell perfectly. Even in the litter box that doesn't have a cover you can't even tell that it's been used with this litter. It clumps, but I like that better than nonclumping because it's easier to scoop.
Absolutely love this cat litter! My kitten uses the litter box in my room and I can't even tell there is a litter box in the room. People come in my room and they are shocked that they can't smell anything. I bought a two pack with Amazon Prime and I paid about $24 for both and free shipping. Definitely a recommended litter!
I use this for my cat and it smells great. I've used a lot of different cat liters and by far this is the best. It covers up the smell even after she uses the bathroom. My calico is picky when it comes to her litter box and she gets excited when I bring in a new thing of litter. I will definitely keep buying this litter.
I use Tidy Cat litter a lot in my home. I recently made the switch from Blue Buffalo attractant litter. I have decided to stay with this over Blue Buffalo. The price is better and it seems way more easier to clean. My cats seem to take more of a liking to it as well. I highly recommend this to anyone with multiple cats!
This litter has a strong odor, almost like men's colone. The smell was overpowering. I did not like how strong it smelled. The litter turned into a clay type substance when wet, and my cats tracked it everywhere. There were litter paw prints everywhere. Eek! Avoid this one! The other versions of tidy cat are better.
My cat is a brat about litter. Has to be clean, has to be clumping, otherwise she'll hold it till you do something about it. She loves this stuff, never has a problem finding her box and I love that it doesn't smell like traditional cat litter. I've mostly bought the Glad kind unless its sold out or not available.
So I purchased this tub of litter for my indoor kitty that goes to the bathroom quite often and I hated it!! It smelt like flowers over funk. When his urine mixed with it, it made a strong odor that was not being masked by anything. It just didn't work for us because of scent but it did clump well as promised.
From someone who keeps their cat's litter box in their bedroom, I'm telling you this stuff is magic. There is absolutely no smell at all (Aside from when you pour it, which smells like fresh glade). It clumps really well, and makes the litter box easy to clean. We don't like to use anything else!
This is the best cat liter ever invented, I have 3 cats in the garage and I never can smell a bad smell from their liter box! It clumps up so nice and easy to scoop like I've never seen before, I will never buy cheap cat liter ever again after discovering this stuff! I purchased this from Walmart
Q & A
I've seen this product for so long and have wondered if it actually works. Do you use more or less? Is it worth the price?
Is this litter good for multi cat households? Is there another litter that you recommend that would be better?
Does it continually hide the odor with the glade in it or does the odor from the cats still overpower the fragrance?
Does it actually eliminate the odor?
Does this clump pee? If no, please suggest a litter that clumps pee
