I love this supplement! I took it the whole time I was pregnant with my daughter and continued to take it after having her. I never experienced hair loss after having her and my nails are strong. You only have to take two capsule and they are not too big either. It has everything you need in it.

My naturopathic doctor recommended this brand to me. There’s no strong gross taste like I’ve experienced with some prenatals, however there is a slight smell and a weird taste if you don’t swallow quickly enough. However, if it’s of good quality then I don’t mind. I never feel nausea from this vitamin either, as I have with others.
