Question by Melissa T.
I've heard this product is really good at getting colorful dyes out of your hair and getting you back to bleached. But would it strip a more natural dye back to your normal hair or no Pulp Riot BLANK CANVAS Color Remover 1.5oz ?
I used the black Overtone last year and it left green and pink streaks in my hair which weren’t visible when I was a brunette. I’ve recently gone blonde and am trying to get to platinum but can’t get those streaks out. Will this product work on stubborn color deposits? Has anyone had success with it?
Is the blank canvas only for the fashion colors or can it work if you tried to dye it a naturalish blonde but it still doesn't quite match?
how many pckages do i need to use if i have shoulder lenght and pretty thick hair?
I used pulp riot silver toner over my bleached blonde (t18) hair. I have retouched over my dark roots. I’m thinking about going back to blonde and using pulp riot icy toner. Should I use blank canvas over my roots too or will I need to bleach them first? Before silver and after silver pics.
Would this still work on my hair if i used joico blue instead of another pulp riot color ??
Does this lift color out like a lightner would? I’ve used the semi permanent colors and wanted to change colors without having to lighten if possible.
Hi. I used Blank Canvas color remover to remove pulp riot color (teal & green) i was super satisfied with the results! Removed majority and very please where it lifted the hair too (level 8) but when i went to balayage her midlengths to get to same shades as ends. I then applied Lava & Candy. The color ONLY took where I balayaged (I didn't wanna over process her ends so i just did a mini bleach wash after the balayage to brighten the ends up a little more) it didn't take where i used blank canvas at all. So extremely disappointed (first time with pulp riot) i sent my client home with left over tubes and had her keep it on her ends for 2-3 hours. After rinsed, looked exact same, no color deposit. My question, has anyone experienced not being able to apply color over the hair you used blank canvas on?! And HOW DO I FIX MY CLIENT!?!? I'm stumped.
