For someone who dislikes breakfast this is a great go to! This can be added to yoghurt or used as a protein shake, they have quite a few different flavours but I liked the banana flavour. It’s a great go to after a workout or a quick snack to hit your protein goals
I’ve had a few different brands of protein shake - and honestly they have all been good! I tend to go off the total calories/carbs/protein per serving then which ever is on offer at the time. This banana flavour is great, I usually have it with skimmed milk. Great for hitting protein targets and as a snack pre of post gym/workout!
