The propel fitness water, is one of my favorites. It’s a Gatorade electrolyte for work out, zero sugar, not calories, grape flavor is my favorite, packaging is great, I highly recommend it

This is a really refreshing beverage. They are a staple at helping with my POTS. The taste is good but I do prefer other flavors of this. I feel like it almost has an after taste like grape medicine. It’s a little thicker than plain water in my opinion. I love staying hydrated and this helps a lot!

This is one of my favorite drinks for when on the go and thirsty. I’m staying in an old inn and it gets super hot at night, so this is perfect for when I’m parched.
