OMG! First of all, I might be the only person alive who loves to steam clean that rugs. This makes it so easy to clean them. So far it's lasted 2 years and I don't see another reason to have to get another one. Not just for pet stains but also kids coming in with dirt and mud on their shoes. I also have a Bissell vacuum which I love!

This product is top notch. It picks up debris off carpet, rugs and bare floors. It does it quietly and efficiently. I think it is worth every penny.
