I have the 500 SPX Indoor Cycle, and it has been great. I was able to put it together by myself in just over an hour. After my first few rides, I decided I needed to get a better seat. Since this one has an interchangeable racing seat, I opted to get a wider seat, and it's been so much better (in terms of comfort while riding).
