I recently found out I have a very high arch, so I'm trying to find insoles for flats. I wear a lot of women's flats which are narrow, so I thought an insole like this wouldn't add too much bulk. Sadly, I'm a women's 10 and despite these saying they would fit, they do not. When it's lined up with my heel, the front padding for the ball of my foot is hitting my arch. These rubbed and were irritating to my arch. I will be throwing them in the trash.
