While it's a beautiful and full arrangement, it didn't match the website image, which shows at least seven roses, but I received significantly fewer. For the price I’m paying I expect these roses and there is no way they can run out of some sort of roses? Other than that, the ordering and delivery process was smooth and hassle-free.
I ordered flowers and paid the upcharge for Saturday delivery. When the flowers weren’t delivered, I had to call customer service who told me “the flowers are not available”. I explained I received two confirmations and would the flowers be delivered at all? I was told possibly Monday. Not ideal, but okay. I asked for the Saturday delivery surcharge to be refunded and was told “no”. I sent these flowers for a friend who had very bad health news. Now I can “hope” the flowers eventually arrive versus the day after the bad news came. Really bad service and horrible customer service. I feel like they are shady.
My partner, who i am the caregiver for is a blind juvenile diabetic. I was having surgery and he wanted to surprise me on saturday with a flower arrangement from pro flowers. They claim to be a company you can trust! He is on social security disability and paid dxtra for Saturday delivery.i canme home on Saturday driven by a friend because he cant drive and the flowers never came. He called and pro flowers claimed the delivering florist confirmed delivery. Finally on sunday he had to embarrassingly tell me he had ordered flowers and Pro flowers did not deliver. While i was very pleased to hear he did that i was furious that pro flowers after taking his money in one day takes 5 days to process it back. He paid extra for saturday delivery and they said nothing about returning that fee should they be delivered monday. He asked for a refund. He still has not gotten his money back. This company tries to hide behind another florist left unnamed and has not evem found out why they confirmed delivery when they did not. Pro offered nothing but a 20 credit towards the next purchase. They are awful. Have no customer service and DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY FLOWERS THAT YOU WANT TO TRUST GET TO THEIR DESTINATION. THEY ARE RUN OUT OF INDIA AND HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR SONEONE WHO CANNOT JUST RUN DOWN TO THE LOCAL FLORIST FOR FLOWERS. THEY ARE AWFUL.
