Instructions for this item state you have to download an app on Mac/PC, which I did but it took some time to find. I learned this item retails for $350 but was on sale for $299. I followed the given instructions, and realized it gave me the option to download photos from my Mac to ClickFree. For iPhone, I had to download the app from the App Store on my phone. When I found out I could download Instagram content, I was excited but it kept erroring stating “Insufficient Developer Role”. Each and every time I give ClickFree permission to access my phone files, it takes super long to load. When I finally chose which photos/videos to backup to a folder, it said that creating a folder failed, then it froze. There are too many mishaps and I’ve tried quite a few times. I’m pretty confident in my technological capabilities but this is not a user friendly device.
