Didn't really feel like they made much of a difference. I've used CBD oil before and maybe it was a higher concentration? These pills didn't taste bad and I don't have anything negative to say about them other than I won't be spending my own money on them because they didn't feel like they did anything.

I liked this product. I didn't feel too much of a difference, but I took it regularly and would take again if I had the option.
