A great value and frequently on sale on Amazon! The quality ingredients make me feel good about what I’m giving myself and my baby. And it doesn’t taste like fish which also helps with that first trimester nausea. The multivitamin pills are a bit large but the coating helps them go down easier, and the choline pills are average sized.

These are great prenatal vitamins. I love that you only have to take one of each a day, there is an orange/fruity smell to them, and they aren’t huge pills. These contain all the essential nutrients and you get 60 prenatal and 60 choline capsules, so they do last a while. They’re definitely worth the money.
