These pads are great for reducing dark spots and fine lines. I initially used them 2-3 times a week, but now I use them 1-2 times a week and will continue to do so. They have truly improved my skin, and they are so easy to use. It's important to use a good sunscreen as well. I feel like my "glow" is coming back! I have not had a single breakout since I started using them in combination with at-home dermaplaning. I plan to start using them every other day and will be buying more. Each packet can be used twice, so even the 10-pack will last almost 2 months if used 1-3 times per week. I highly recommend them.

I live on self tanner so these are great for me to get a great exfoliation for a good base for my tan. I love the convenient towelette. Makes for a super easy application. Last but not least, antioxidant caffeine helps to tighten brighten and smooth skin. I definitely can tell a difference in my skin overall, especially the skin around my stomach seems firmer more radiant and youthful looking.
