We bought this and have been using it very so often . It works great , compare to professional one , it’s 7 out of 10. We use warm water , run it through a few times and our carpet feel like new. We have carpets in our room , and a few rugs in the family room area and we would wash them every 2 months . It’s very to use , easy to clean up . It removes stubborn stains up to 80% in my opinion.The handheld brush is convenient too for sofa and stairs . Highly recommend.
