Potatoes Peruvian Purple
I love these potatoes! They taste very similarly to regular potatoes but they make your side dish pop and give your dinner party an extra “umph.” I roast these with carrots and regular potatoes and just add salt. Perfect and easy! Garnish with rosemary for an extra touch.
I made mashed potatoes and they were delish!!! I really enjoyed the color too. I also used Himalayan salt with garlic and taste was awesome!!
