I wish I had a better report to give. The scent is lovely. It definitely relaxed me. Unfortunately, it did not improve the quality of my sleep. I have trouble sleeping so I don’t know if that makes me a good testing candidate or a bad one.

This is a very nice addition to an evening soak with just the right amount of relaxing lavender to whisk you away bring on complete relaxation to help destress. It’s as simple as pouring it into a warm bath and recommended to soak for a minimum of 15 minutes which isn’t hard to do at all! It dissolves quickly which is really nice so you won’t have issues with any gritty feeling along the bottom of the tub. It leaves your skin feeling amazing and super soft. The only thing I have to mention on the not so positive note is that I wish it came in a larger size container for multiple uses rather than single use pouches that are a tad pricier than expected but still worth it.

I really like the smell of this. It came in the perfect packaging that I could take on the go and I know with it being a to go package that it will be very worth the price. The texture was very smooth.
