Yes. Its suggested for ages 4 and up but my son is 2 and turning 3 tomorrow and can play fine. You do need to know how to count and know the basic colors to play and be able to understand simple dorections like how a color dice works but its great for those with short attention spans as the entire game from beginning to end lasts 5 min and a random plus was it taught my son to read the numbers 1 through 3 by the end of the night. Also no batteries needed. Huge plus. Read the reciew i just posted here for more.

Absolutely! I even play this with my two year old! He doesn't recognize numbers yet, but he loves picking colors and pressing the hat and rolling the dice!

Definitely. I use it in my preschool class to teach number recognition!

It's great for a 3 year old! It teaches numbers, counting, and taking turns. It is such a fun game!
