The taste was a tad intense; I didn't enjoy it at all. As for how effective it was, I'd have to say it was too effective. It actually made me sick. My blood pressure rose significantly and I had to sit down with my head between my knees too prevent myself from passing out!

I have to keep these at my house for my husband he loves them he loves the flavor the energy it gives him they are a little pricey but they do the job it’s supposed to do and he loves these the packaging is always bright and eye catching you can get these in different flavors and different size packaging options I find the big packs I save more money on I will definitely buy them again my husband has them handy at all times

It is my favorite product when traveling and always carries it with me. Its small size, ease of carrying and the fact that it really works make it my number one.
