I use this phone every day at work. Pretty easy to use the forwarding and what not on it. We don't use the headphone function or the speaker phone options so I can't tell you how that is. Over all it's a pretty decent office phone. We have them in about 10 office/rooms and never have issues.

I use this devise for my every day job, it works great and has so many features in order to eat your job done. You can use headsets with it, regular phone, speaker phone and more. Everyone in this office uses them everyday without fail.

My work uses these phones, they are super easy to use once you get a hang of it but they have multiple issues a day that makes it really hard to work with
