I normally suffer quite a bit from constipation, but I found this product and, surprise! It's wonderful and very effective for those days when I can't even go to the bathroom. I highly recommend it.

I love drinking meta mucil as part of my daily fiber supplement. The texture is easy to mix and drink. The packaging is easy to carry and I take it when I travel. I also love that it is not expensive and very healthy for my digestive health.

This is great if you are backed up or if you want to include more fiber in your diet. It doesn’t taste great, but it’s drinkable. It’s good bank for your buck.
