I love taking this supplement every other day. I feel more energized and patient. I trust Plnt supplements, they have an extensive selection and they’re generally one of the more affordable options as Super Supplements/Vitamin Shoppe. I prefer Rhodiola as a liquid but these supplements are great as well.
