I didn’t particularly notice any difference in my sleep or how I felt in terms of relaxation. The scent to me was slightly off putting. I normally use this works sleep spray and get better results. I personally would not recommend

** I received this product for free from Influenster & Plantopia in exchange for my honest review** I’m all for natural calming aids and have used similar products before, especially to help aid sleeping. This product has a soft and pleasant scent and reminds me of a spa. I do find the scent to be relaxing and calming. So far I’ve only tried applying to my pulse points before bed, in the same way you can with lavender based products to help with sleep, and have found it does help me to relax more. However, it can feel somewhat oily/greasy meaning it doesn’t quite sink into the skin quick enough for my liking and leaves a residue. Overall I’m happy to have tried the product but wouldn’t rush out to buy a replacement. That said, a little goes a long way!

I really enjoyed using this balm. It smells beautiful and really does relax you. It really helped me to get to sleep. Also a little bit goes a long way. I will definitely be purchasing more.
