These were very comfortable on my feet and helped me since I am on my feet all day standing at work! I would recommend them to a friend, the only thing I didn’t like was that they were comfortable for a few hours and then if you wore them too long they sometimes started to get uncomfortable.

The arch support sleeve is very comforting at first. If I leave in on for more than 30-40 minutes I start feeling more discomfort than relief. My arch feels heavy and slightly sore once I take it off. I will not continue to use it.
