Great colors loved the shades. Was just disappointed in the pigment and fall out. Love that it's cruelty free though

How do these compare to Morphe shadows? Are the hard to blend? They are on sale at 11 bucks. Is there fallout? Is it hard to use for beginners. There is less product compared to morphe where you get 35. For someone who don't want spend 20 and don't need a ton of shades is this a good option?
