I bought this product about a year ago and they cats loved the running water (one to drink, the other to play in the water lol) and all was good until about a week ago when the motor died in the fountain. My mom also bought the larger version of the pioneer pet fountain for her dog and the motor also died in it after about a year of use. Disappointing bc they actually really liked the fountain.

I got this for free and used it for almost 3 years. I liked that it was stainless steel. My cats loved this fountain until the motor died while I was cleaning the fountain. One of the things I did not like was that the filters is supposed to be changed every two weeks, so it got a little pricey. It's a good thing where spare parts can be ordered online.
