Salsa Chicken is one of my favorites. In a crock pot on low place 2-3 chicken breasts, a jar of salsa, 1 can of cream of chicken soup and a packet of taco seasoning. Cook all day (6-7 hours min I usually cook for 9-10 while I am away at work.) 30 minutes before serving, add 1 cup of sour cream and stir. You can serve the breasts whole over rice, or shred them and serve with flour tortillas. Delish and super easy!
