When making the entire batch and wanting to increase the protein in the brownies, I substitute eggs for egg whites and oil for nonfat, unflavored Greek yogurt, but following package instructions yields an amazing brownie as well. I follow baking directions on the package and the brownies come out fudgy and delicious. When I don’t feel like making the entire batch, I will weigh out one serving of the mix and add a tablespoon of water, mix, and microwave for around 45 seconds and it make the most decadent single serve brownie. I pair this with the Pillsbury sugar-free chocolate fudge frosting. This sugar free brownie mix is also less expensive than others on the market and have a better taste and texture. I would recommend these to anyone looking to limit sugar intake.
As someone who can't have sugar, I'll start off by saying how pleased I am that Pillsbury offers sugar free options. These brownies are exactly what you'd expect from box brownie mix, and do not disappoint.
Yes, it's about time they made sugar free brownies. If they are as good as the original then I'm dying to give them a try. A lot of problems with a brownie being distasteful is the baker and not the mix.
