Made some pretzels using this unbleached flour. And I have to say the difference between bleached and unbleached flour is actually noticeable. I feel like my pretzels came out more fluffy and soft with better taste. I’d definitely recommend this flour when compared to bleached flour.

This is the best flour I have ever used. I prefer unbleached because it has more dense grains. Perfect for baking, everything I make with Pillsbury unbleached flour tastes amazing
