I’m very new to supplements and have only tried this a few times, and I like it so far! The blue frost flavor is good. It helps me get a good pump without caffeine! Looking forward to trying other flavors. They even sent me samples of their other products!

The flavor reminds me of a generic version of the powdered blue flavor of Gatorade, which is what I think they were aiming for. Overall solid product
