I tried to love this product, I really did. Unfortunately it just didn't look good on me. I tried it as an all-over powder to even my skin tone but it made my fair skin look sallow. I tried using it to tone down the rosacea on my cheeks but it didn't blend well so I just looked splotchy.I tried it under foundation, over foundation, and mixed with translucent powder. None of those attempts looked good . I thought about playing with it as a highlighter since it stood out so much on my skin, but in the end I concluded that I didn't want a green/yellow highlight so I returned it to the store.I really love the look of the package and the adorable rainbow brush. It's too bad that the bristles are stiff and scratchy.I guess if I had to choose a couple of words to summarize, I'd say disappointing and overpriced.
Comes in a white compact with little flat brush included in its own separate compartment. This is convenient for travel or throwing in your purse, but I find better results with a big fluffy brush to blend all the colors. The neutralizing colors are so faint, that I'm not sure it does much. I didn't notice a lit of color correction, but it was a nice setting powder with a matte finish.
This 3-in-1 corrector, primer, power is my new favorite finishing powder. I love how pretty it is, it smells good and works so good. It also collects on my brush with one swipe. I can't believe I found this at Walmart on Rollback for $3.50 . I just wish I would of bought the rest of them because their was only a few last.
This setting powder lasts well, and definitely helps to absorb oil. It will not give you the super matte look. I like this because I find it sets my makeup while leaving my face radiant and glowing. The only downside is that I think the powder gives a bit of flashback, which I am NOT a fan of.
I can’t believe a lot of people gave this powder good ratings. This product came out when makeup wasn’t a craze, and it shows. This powder is actually white on the face and I don’t know who would like that. It looks like white chalk on the face
I love the setting power! It’s definitely my favorite because it actually color corrects and applies smoothly. My only issue is that you run out so quickly compared to other setting powders I’ve used.
This product is really nice. It sets my makeup down well and is very brightening. I love this for setting my concealer because it helps counteract my dark circles! Great for concealer and fair people.
I really like this powder. It's does a really good job of setting my makeup. I like to use this to set my under eyes. And it always looks good when I use this powder.
This product is very powdery, as if taking a brush to it is too rough. Using it is a big mess every time- its not even a loose powder! It definitely NOT translucent, it is a light porcelain tone. It really catches on the fine blond hairs on my face and highlights them which i dont like. It makes me look like I have lines on either side of my mouth. I have never had a problem with creasing with any powder product on my face except this! It is extremely cakey which definitely leads to the creasing. When I swirl my brush in the powder, I can see the green and pink colors on my brush. I cant detect the colors on my face, but I do think it looks uneven and patchy somehow. I have tried this many times in different ways and it is just not good. Not worth $5. Also, it si paraben free which is nice but it has mineral oil so the ingredients arent very good
Q & A
What do you use this for?
How would you use this product exactly
I have uneven skin and have tried different color correcting products except this one, has anyone tried this, does it work and how do you use it?
Not only do I have very sensitive skin. I also have bad acne. I know it says that its hypoallergenic, but that doesn't always mean that I wont break out. Has anyone with similar skin problems tried this product?? And what were your results?
