I don’t like.its not for me.easy to use.easy to assemble but no comfort level.its noy comfortable.its too much hard.good quality .no noise but not for me

Treadmill easy to use and I will say a fun way to lose some weight you can go on your own speed and work out on your own time when you feel like it it’s a nice exercise equipment
