This is a must have appliance in my kitchen. I basically use it every day to make fresh pasta, noodle, and asian vermicelli from scratch. It is easy to make if you follow the instruction book. Once you get use to it, you can twitch the ingredients a bit to your liking. But overall, the recipe that comes with ghe machine is very decent, and I love them all. Cleaning up is a breeze because it is easy to take them apart for cleaning and put it back. I have been using this pasta maker for 5 year since Covid, using it almost daily the last 3 years, and it is still going strong. This is a beast.

I’ve been thrilled with the Philips Premium Collection Pasta and Noodle Maker HR2357/05—it’s transformed our family dinners! I use it every week to make fresh noodles for my family and everyone loves it. Here’s my take on key aspects: Size: Compact and countertop-friendly at about 11 inches tall, 8.5 inches wide, and 13.5 inches deep, weighing around 16.5 pounds. It’s easy to store in a cabinet without taking up too much space, and the 40-inch cord gives flexibility in placement. Operation: Super straightforward and hands-off—add flour to the chamber, turn it on, and pour liquid through the slots for automatic mixing, kneading, and extruding. Fresh pasta ready in 15 minutes, with minimal mess. Cleanup is a breeze since most parts are dishwasher-safe. Capacity: Handles up to 1 pound of pasta per batch, perfect for family meals. The included flour cup measures 250g (about 1 2/3 cups), so for larger portions, I just double up—quick half-pound batches in 10 minutes. Features: Comes with 7 shaping discs for variety like spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, lasagne, angel hair, pappardelle, and even ravioli. The 1600 lb extrusion force ensures professional texture, and the 200W motor powers through stiff dough effortlessly. No fancy auto-weighing in this model, but it’s reliable and built tough. Consistency: Delivers perfect, even noodles every time without clumping or breaking—far better than manual methods. It’s held up great with weekly use, and the results are always fresh and flavorful, making it a family favorite. Overall, this machine is a game-changer for homemade pasta lovers—highly recommend if you want quick, delicious results!

I really like it. My husband gave it to me as a gift. It can make spaghetti and many other types of pasta. The design is compact and the colors are very eye-catching. Powerful configuration, kneads dough very quickly.
