I love these pacis. This and Nuk are the only ones that my son would take! They are great for little babies. Only thing I didn't like was that they were straight. Not curved like other pacis. I felt it was bad for their teeth!
My daughter had to have one type of passy. And this was not one of them. But I told myself that if I was to have a nother child I will not use a passy. I hate them.
My daughter loves this pacifier...it wouldn't fall off easily compare to other ones..and the shape was perfectfor her mouth
As far as pacifiers go, this one is not my favorite. I prefer the Chicco or MAM brand to the Philips AVENT brand.

I was always told that all pacifiers were bad for a child teeth after a certain age. At age 0-3m It should not make a difference.
