This is a highly pigmented blusher that goes on super smooth and blends effortlessly. It has a matte finish and doesn't look cakey over foundation. I would have chose a different shade as this one is too light to be very noticeable, but I love the texture of the formula

I love phase zero cotton candy blush! The pigment is amazing! It blends into the skin and make up so flawlessly. Beautiful powder goes on my brush with ease in the square packaging makes it easy to travel with and use! Hands-down, my favorite blush!
