amazing pre-workout buster. I've tried in different way; during the workout, 30min beret workout and 1 hours before the workout and in my personal experience I found out that I got better results by taking it 1 hour before the workout. it does give you a meow focus and stamina during the workout; you'll fell a burst on energy through your entire body. fore those who are moving forward between light and medium weight lifting to heavy weight lifting or high impact exercises, you should definitely should try this out. you will notice the differences by the first time you drink it and you will notice the improve on your body within the next 2 or 3 weeks. go ahead! 

I have used this for a short period. Overall, works as intended. I can feel the extra energy for my workouts. Like others, I feel it last roughly a half hour with the suggest dosage. Slightly chalky, make sure to add enough water. Strong flavor, little stronger lime then I would have liked. I would recommend, based on the fact that it does what it is supposed to and the fact that my gf likes it. I personally would not buy again though.
