This is the only collagen supplement I would ever use or recommend. And I have used and researched tons. It improved my hair fall and nails after terrible damage due to acrylics etc. But the most impressive was my skin change. I have the thinnest skin on my hands. The slightest bump or chafe and my skin would be off, especially during winter I constantly have painful open wounds. I also have keloid-prone skin, which means I scar terribly. I had almost no issues this winter. I was so amazed every time my hand bumped against something that it was still fine! I did get a nasty cut on my hand about 3 weeks ago and the wound healed so very quickly and left no mark at all. This has never happened. I cannot go without this. It literally changed my life.
