This protein bar is so good! To me it’s a treat but loaded with protein. The calories are high so I use it as a meal supplement, especially when I travel I like grabbing one from Starbucks on the go. It lasts about 1 week outside of the fridge which is great. If you like nut butters this is the perfect snack for you!
