It's effervescent! Lacey! Sweet! Spicy! Tangy, sharp and tart (without coming off as sour)! Muy boozy! and yes, an overall quite complex mélange as so well detailed by the prior connoisseurs (I also seem to be picking up overripe bananas in the mix, somehow or other).

This stuff is very pricey. I don’t know if it’s worth the hype tho cuz I only had it once
