When I saw this cake, I had to try it! The box looks very nice and expensive, and when you open it - cake looks very tasty with cream and coconut flakes. Idea of this cake is awesome. But taste is just disappointing, like other cheap store brought cakes… it is too sweet, loads of sugar….

This cake is perfect to keep in your freezer in case guests or a special occasion pops up! I love anything coconut and this cake does not disappoint. It’s a very light cake with layers and a frosting that’s not too sweet. You simply thaw it out and it’s ready to eat!

It must be that I am a decent of island people because man do I love this coconut delight. The cream filling and the shaved coconut with the spongy like cake 🍰 is so good I caramelize some pineapple 🍍over some vanilla ice cream on the side they all pair well yum 🤤 love the piña colada inspired desert of mine thanks for making it easy by baking the cake 😉 nobody has to know! No body has to know! 😂
