I have nothing but good things to say about this highchair. I got it initially when one of my children was about 9+ months old, come to find out all the features for a young newborn. When I had my next child I was able to keep him near me in the kitchen while prepping dinner or tidying up. The customer service is quite nice, and you can order replacement covers/straps which I appreciate since I bought this used. It folds up super easily if you need the space, and rolls around quite nicely.

For what I paid, I expect this to last through multiple kids. Unfortunately, the leather rips, the function to slide the seat to different heights broke, and the rubber net on the back of the seat is all torn up. Moreover I didn’t like that the lap belt can’t detach from the chair so I can’t throw it in the wash. And the seat being leather, I can’t throw that in the wash either when the underside gets dirty which it does.

At first, we really liked the chair. However, after just a week of use, the Stop buttons on both sides of the chair started sticking. We're very disappointed because we initially loved the chair - the material, design, and most importantly, our child finds it very comfortable.
