This is a great electrolyte on the go at anytime. It’s not overly salty so it’s easily drinkable. Doesn’t have a gritty texture and it taste great!

Samples from the pediatricians office we got today from @pedialyte and we love the Strawberry Lemonade flavor! My youngest is sick so this really helped get her hydrated today and she enjoy drinking these over juice. The powder dissolves easily in water without being powdery or chalky. We also love the blue raspberry flavor, these are great to keep on hand for on the go hydration or when anyone is under the weather.

These help a lot with rehydration even as an adult. As for the Pedialyte flavors, most are not my cup of tea but this specific flavor has been the best for me
