Currently sick either with a bug or general pregnancy sickness. I haven’t been able to keep water down in two days. My husband got me the pedialyte advance care blue raspberry and it tastes pretty good! It does have that salty taste that electrolyte drinks have but the flavor really helps with that. I’ve been sipping on it for a few hours and I think I’ve been able to keep most of it down. I would recommend if you’re feeling dehydrated or if you’re sick.
