When making fresh bread, a bowlful of this olive oil will take any bread to new heights. On salads, this olive oil with some salt and pepper brings out the sweetness of all greens while adding a new layer of depth and flavor to the salad. When roasting meats, I always drizzle Partanna on top to seal moisture in.
