I am using this shampoo for 1.5 years now. I used to use Pantene Long Black shampoo, but it is not available as I've seen here where I live.. So I switched to this one, and I am loving it. I have thick wavy oily hair. And this shampoo works great and makes the hair smooth and easily manageable. I like the cream rinse but once you get down to the bottom third of the bottle, you can not pump any out. I have to remove the pump and shake the bottle to get the remaining product out. Was much easier when you could just squeeze the bottle..
