This bit has been a life changer for me since I've gotten it. I have a bit that's not rounded at the tip like this one is, and I used to tear my cuticles up. This one, fortunately, doesn't do that. If you have a cheap drill like I currently do, you do have to have a steady grip on the drill. Other than my drill, this bit has no complaints so far.
