Nothing sticks when I use pam baking or other olive oil pam is my favorite type to use .I use the olive oil on my cast iron skittles to season them perfectly . Love this product.

Works well and adds a good layer of nonstick when cooking. We especially like to eat at hone and not out very often, this works well both inside and on the grill.

Oh l use this to make cakes and cookies and they come out really good not burn at all dose not stick to the pan what so even l want more products from that Company l love
