As a bariatric patient I am always looking for no. GMO and quality options avoiding carbs as much as possible. It is a great option, taste really good and the can give me like 4 portion to eat. It comes in a strong packaging and the texture is crunchy.

This is our go to for "pasta". It does have a different texture than traditional pasta. It is more crunchy. Sometimes we'll soak them first then cook. We've used the noodles, linguine and lasagna hearts of palm noodles. They are low calorie and low carb and a tasty alternative to traditional pasta. I purchased the one in a bag at my local [product:aldi], i just made pasta for dinner tonight. The only think i would change is the length of the noodle for a good noodle pull lol i recommend this to anyone who is on any diet/lifestyle change/ health issues such as diabetes/ keto/ or carb free! Its 20 calories per serving and only 4 grams of carbs. Quick Hint: i would boil mine for about 10 minutes until tender. [product:palmini-pasta-20-calories-4g-of-carbs-14oz-linguine] [product:aldi]

I love this [product:palmini-pasta-20-calories-4g-of-carbs-14oz-linguine] as a substitute for pasta! Although I don’t mind it in a hot pasta dish, I love it as noodles in a pasta salad or a cold beef noodle bowl. It doesn’t taste much like pasta, but gives me that chewy, slurpy pasta feel so it leaves me very satisfied without all the carbs in traditional pasta. Great alternative if you’re eating low carb or just want to add more veggies into your diet!

Very impressed with the taste, texture, and over all "noodle" of this noodle. Was very similar to regular pasta compared to other noodle substitutions I have tried. Well priced for the value, able to find at WalMart and Kroger. The ones I found were in packets not cans. I included a photo.

If you're looking for a less watery replacement for zoodles, this could become your thing but the price compared to the flavor kind of makes it an expensive option. Like all canned palm products, the pickling can be off-putting if you're expecting spaghetti.

After trying this for the first time I think it’s okay. I ordered the 4 pack so next time I will boil for longer. There really is not much to say about it as far as taste goes, no flavor. Texture was firm. Therefore saying I will boil longer next time. It’s an okay substitute for noodles as far as dieting goes- but you won’t be tricked into thinking they are real noodles

You need to get this now!!! You can’t tell the difference between palmini pasta and regular pasta. Low carb, zero guilt. Just wish it was a little bigger in ounces, to be able to share it for a meal for two. I will definitely make this my to go pasta dish from now on!

Great product and very low in carbs. Its great if your doing a low carb diet or not taste is great once you get all the ingredients in it. Does have a different taste than the actual pasta but it still has a good taste than other products I have used.

Palmini noodles is a great pasta replacement. Pictured is Palmini noodles with sundried tomatoes and rotisserie chicken. So delicious
