Description: Created more than 25 years ago, Palladio is renowned for its line of color cosmetics enriched with herbs and vitamins. Fashioned for women with all types of skin, Palladio helps you look radiant while helping protect your skin from the signs of aging. Rice Powder is the refined starch from rice, known as Oryza Sativa. The powder of rice has been used for centuries in the ancient art of Ayurveda, a holistic healing practice. Review for: Translucent more...
I bought this powder because I really wanted to try out a loose powder, as I had previously only used pressed face powders, and haven't had the need to buy a different loose powder yet! This was a steal at $5, being the cheapest loose powder I could find at Ulta. I specifically bought the translucent version so that I could wear it year-round without worrying about the shade, but I find that it gives a slight pinky tint to my face. I have yellow undertones, so I don't find the pink tint too flattering, so I try to use a light hand. I'm sure no one else would notice the pinkiness, but I see it. If you have pink undertones, I think this powder would be a perfect match for you. My one qualm with this powder is how messy it is. The lid doesn't stay on and comes off very easily, so I cannot travel with it or put in in a makeup bag without making sure it is laying flat. When I need to transport it, I have to wrap a rubber band around it to keep it shut. The powder puff works alright, but I prefer using a powder brush. The puff also gets very loaded with powder and is messy to take out. These cons are not very significant when I only payed 5 bucks for it. I would recommend it, especially if you're intimidated by loose powders but want to dabble in them!

Its been a difficult process to find the perfect setting powder, but I saw this in my Amazon recommendations and decided to try it. At $6, I think I got my moneys worth!!! I was a little worried that it would leave white spots on my face or have flashback in pictures but it didn't! It works very well for medium coverage and makes my face feel incredibly soft. It gives my skin a very nice matte finish. A little goes a long way with this powder! This is now my go to powder! I highly recommend this powder!

Review for: Translucent more...
This is the best setting powder I have found for super oily and acne prone skin! The translucent does have a very very light tint but for someone who has ghostly pale skin like I do, you can’t really see it. It also blurs large pores and makes everything smoother. It does come with a powder pouf but I just throw it out because I like using a kabuki brush better. This is the only powder I will buy from now on!

Review for: Translucent more...
I wasn’t expecting anything fantastic about this powder when I bought it, so I can’t say I’m disappointed. It was on clearance at Ulta for less than $5 so I picked it up to try. I bought the translucent shade and first of all, it is not translucent. It’s kind of pinkish which, if I had wanted pink would be fine, but I didn’t. I have more neutral undertones so it looked really weird on my skin and made me look tired. Not only that but it really creased up my makeup, using just a minimal amount. Another huge con is that the lid absolutely will come open at any point in time if it’s not upright. You can NOT travel with this! Do not make the mistake of putting this in your purse :( Do not recommend, if you want a cheap powder then go for Coty Airspun.

Review for: Warm Beige more...
Lovely powder. Absorbs oil and sets makeup. Very matte finish. The box is a bit flimsy and I think the powdery fragrance is a bit strong. But a good powder aside from that, especially for the price. I have both the loose powder and the Palladio Rice Paper Powdered Blotting Tissues in the tone warm beige.

Over the summer I develop more a combination/oily skin where you can see all the shine on my forehead and cheeks. I came across this product at Sally’s Beauty and it was recommended by one of the sales associates on the floor who also suffers the same thing in regards to her skin. I went in wanting to find a loose powder to use for baking my face but actually came out likely the product on its own without any make up on. I tried it on my bare bare after washing my face and putting moisturizer. It has a applicator pad that’s quite small but did a good job of applying evenly. My face felt every soft and light. I would highly recommend for those dealing with oily skin!

Review for: Natural more...
This stuff is pretty much amazing. I have been using it for a week consistently and I get a ton of complements. Unlike my other setting powders that I place on top of the concealer or foundation, this doesn't cress and it sticks onto the skin. I do not feel like I am wearing a mask but I really to do love it. Unlike the E.L.F. this doesn't leave an obvious white or "natural" tint mask. Love it and I love that it was super affordable.

THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR OILY SKIN! I dont see enough people talking about this brand but honestly if you have an oily t-zone you need this powder to bake your nose and forehead. I got this on the hush app and its only like $9. Why is no one talking about this brand? Their rice matte primer is amazing too. They have this in a few shades and translucent. Honestly try this out.

Palladio Rice Powder
I use this powder on a daily. I use the translucent rice powder to set my concealer. Also to mattefy my face. I have an extremely oily t-zone and large pores on my nose. I have noticed it helps control the oil most of the day and covers my pores nicely. I might have to touch up with powder later in the day.

I have used this for so many years. You can "bake" your face with it for a fuller coverage or do a light dusting. Either way it keeps my face matte ALL day and I have truly oily skin.
