What completes your eyes and highlights your eyeshadow, I say it's my eyeliner because using this eyeliner makes my eyes stand out and appear wider more fuller and it helps to bring out my eyeshadow and other features on my face. I like this eyeliner as it doesn't smudge or budge throughout the day nor does it tend to run into my eyes during the hot summer nights. I definitely recommend this eyeliner if you are looking for more fuller eyes.

This eyeliner is just about perfect. It glides on smooth and doesn’t tug on your lids or flake into your eye. I wear contacts and I’ve never had a problem with this liner. I prefer the Smokey color as it’s not too bold for me. It’s waterproof and lasts all day. I’m older now so I don’t use it on my waterline any more, but I used to and never had any problems. It’s also inexpensive and lasts a good long while. It’s herbal and it’s retractable so it never needs sharpening. Yep, just about perfect.

I am obsessed with retractable eyeliners, and Palladio did not disappoint. It goes on so smoothly, the black really pops, and it holds up through my day. Another win for Palladio!
