My favourite workout with P90X is chest and back.
It’s a great workout, not too long and leaves you feeling like you’ve really pushed.
It’s handy to be able to do it from any device.
Tried this program a while back. It's very intense but to get full effect you need a bunch of time and equipment. For me personally it wasn't the best option.
I loved using this fitness program. It is so easy to use at home. It is a very versatile Fitness journey where I feel like every muscle in my body was being worked.
very good program for home exercise . Is a bit hard but effective. My partner love them. He exercises very often at home. If you are able ro follow them will have good results and habits for exercising
This exercise combo was in the pricier side. Easy enough to follow to get work outs in. Separate DVDs for each area you want to work on. Probably would not buy again.
My husband feels great using this program,the exercises are effective and varied , and every day after the exercise he’ll feel good about himself.He’s had good results with the program, and I would highly recommend it to others ,worth every penny invested since its an investment in yourself.
Tony Horton figured out a system that works. The workouts are tough and you repeat them on a cycle. I did this series back in 2010 and it made me look amazing! The only thing is having enough room to do the workouts. I had a large family room at that point that was practically empty. Once I moved into an apartment, my living room felt a bit small to do the workouts in. Now I am back in a house, and I should consider pulling them out for my summer body. They also are longer format videos. So you will need a good hour each time you pull out a DVD or as they have them online today.
This is insane workout but it's the best! A los if jumping be aware of your knees. Best body shaping program. Love it. Great for all ages. Highly recommend it to everyone.
I was seriously overweight after giving birth , and unfit. I bought this product for I have more time to take better care of myself and baby. I started adopting a book diet , and combine with Yoga , I lost some fat ,my clothes fit better, I look good, and feel more energetic. It was really helpful to me.
This program is difficult. However, if you follow the program, how it’s designed, you WILL see results. Over the years, I started just pulling workouts that I wanted to add to stuff I was already doing. It’s nice for that too. This was expensive to purchase back in the day but now I’m sure you can find this somewhere second hand for much cheaper. If so, I’d definitely recommend it! It’s very extensive because it not only has the workouts but a meal plan to follow weekly and the order in which you do the workouts. This program does take dedication and consistency BUT it’s worth it!
